I submitted a proposal to the human resources manager in the company to change the working hours for the benefit of the company and its employees
The project included many field studies, which included meetings with other companies and prior studies submitted by some bodies and lawyers.
The focus was on many aspects, the most important of which are:
- Legal aspect
- The financial aspect
- The general aspect of the worker
- The general aspect of the employer
- Business perspective
- On the side of challenges such as the Corona pandemic
