Employees' Engagements

Perhaps the responsibility of 230 people, including (administrators - teachers - supervisors - technicians - employees - leaders) is a difficult and impossible responsibility for only one leader.

It was one of the biggest challenges I faced when I took charge and took over the project. It is a great responsibility indeed, but I have achieved it with overwhelming success. 

My tasks were as follows:

• Nominations for positions
• Managing the employees concern
• Employee Relations
• Resolving disputes and Conflict Resolution
